Keynsham is a town that was once a small market town on the edge of Somerset between Bath and Bristol. Until recently its population was in 2021, 19,261 as well the neighbouring village of Saltford, that also has residents accessing and using the church and its rooms. However, over the last ten years the town has been subject to six major housing developments with more to come.

All of this will place further demand on available venues for a similar range of activities as outlined above as well as bringing additional membership to the church.

Once completed the belief is that the church will be safe, sound and weather proof and compliant with health and safety and set fair to serve both the church members and fellowship whilst at the same time providing, valuable and much needed facilities at a standard now expected by both those attending church and those using the building for other purposes, serving a broad swathe of local community users over at least the next fifty years.
